Terms of Use
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use DreamLens. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy.dreamlens@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. License to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use DreamLens on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Tiers
DreamLens is offered with the following tiers. Pricing is shown in your local currency at the point of purchase inside the App Store.

4.2 Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription, unless the price has been changed and you have been notified.
4.3 Managing & Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Apple ID account settings on your device:
- Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select DreamLens and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until that date.
4.4 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We are not able to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, please use Apple's Report a Problem page.
4.5 Changes to Pricing or Plans
We may change subscription pricing or the contents of plans. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated in advance and will not take effect on the current billing period without your consent.
5. Interpretations & Disclaimers
Interpretations and images are generated automatically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, surprising, or otherwise unsuitable for your situation. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any interpretation, image, or other output produced by the Service.
You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or beliefs you adopt as a result of using the Service. You assume all risks associated with relying on the output of the Service, and you agree that we are not liable for any consequences — emotional, financial, relational, professional, or otherwise — that arise from such reliance. By using DreamLens you acknowledge that the Service is not a substitute for professional judgment of any kind.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the dream content you submit to the Service (the “User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit it solely for the purposes of operating the Service — including sending it to our processing providers to generate the interpretation and image for that dream, and storing the resulting outputs in your private dream journal. We do not use your User Content for advertising or to train external models.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Submit content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Submit content that depicts minors in sexual situations or that is otherwise illegal.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app, except where permitted by law.
- Bypass quota limits, authentication, or other technical restrictions.
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and any content we provide (excluding User Content), is owned by DreamLens and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you, except for the limited license to use the Service granted in Section 3.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamLens and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamLens and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Apple-Specific Terms
The following terms apply to your use of the Service on iOS and iPadOS devices, in addition to the rest of these Terms:
- These Terms are between you and DreamLens only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- The license granted in Section 3 is limited to use of the Service on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the Service.
- In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
