Terms of Service — Cupcake Café

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Cupcake Café ("the App"), developed by Emre Acay ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Your Account

Some features require signing in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

• The App offers optional in-app purchases of virtual coins and items. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store's terms.
• Virtual coins and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the App.
• Purchases of consumable virtual items are generally final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to manipulate the App; (b) attempt to access other users' data; (c) reverse engineer or interfere with the App or its servers; or (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its artwork, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Game content, including levels and item pricing, may change.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
